I chose Sidewalk Boutique Hotel because of its close proximity to Sai Kaew Beach, which I really wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the presence of a bar/lounge and a coffee shop/cafe in this guesthouse.
The shower didn't drain very well, even after removing hair from the drain, and the water pressure was weak. , the walls were thin, and I could hear the neighbors' conversations and TV.

Very good value for money and location is marvellous. Walking distance to the nice beach. As picky eaters we appreciated to be close to lots of restaurants, went to Green Place couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away.

The location was excellent, just a short walk from the main pier and the national park entrance. the staff spoke English and were friendly. the room, although small, was clean and comfortable for a couple. the hot water in the shower worked well. I appreciated the two bottles of complimentary water provided daily, and when we asked for extra water and towels, it was no problem. the breakfast was simple but satisfactory, enough to start the day. I was happy with my choice and would consider it my home on Samet Island!
Nothing bad to say. 😊

The room at Sidewalk Boutique Hotel was cozy and comfortable, with a separate sitting area where I could relax. The free WiFi was a great bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay. I loved having a flat-screen TV in the room, perfect for winding down after a long day of exploring. The private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries made me feel refreshed and pampered. The balcony was a lovely addition to the room, offering a nice spot to enjoy the view.
Personally, I found the electric kettle in the room unnecessary, but I can see how others might find it useful.

I recently spent my Easter weekend at this small boutique hotel and had a pleasant experience. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean, with spacious toilets and bathrooms. The air conditioning worked well, which was a relief during the hot weather. The hotel is conveniently located near the pier, making it easy to access transportation options and explore the surrounding area. the breakfast provided was satisfactory and the price was reasonable.
There were a few drawbacks to my stay. The shower had poor drainage and weak water pressure, which made showering less enjoyable.

I had a great stay at a hotel in a lively location with bars and restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean, and the café served a delicious breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although there was a slight issue with the water, it didn't ruin my overall experience. I had a positive experience at this hotel.

If you're looking to stay in a convenient location, this hotel is perfect for families with children. It's just a short 10-minute walk from the pier, making it easy to access when you arrive on the island. Additionally, Saikaew beach is also a short stroll away, providing a great spot for some fun in the sun. The hotel staff are friendly and speak English, ensuring a smooth and hassle-free experience for you and your family.
Be aware that there may be some noise from the street, so if you're seeking a quieter atmosphere, you might want to consider other options.

We had a wonderful stay at Sidewalk Boutique on beautiful Samet Island! the location was easy to find and just a 10-minute walk from the pier. the hotel offered excellent room facilities, including a delicious breakfast with options like scrambled eggs, crispy bacon, musli yogurt, and boiled rice with pork. We stayed in room number 9, which was perfect for our honeymoon trip with its pink color and kitty design. the staff, especially the English-speaking guy at the reception in the mornings, was friendly and helpful. We loved the cozy downstairs reception/cafe and the running water, both hot and cold. it was a perfect choice for us!
Can't fault the property in any way 😊.

I absolutely loved the charming decoration at this lovely hotel. The cozy seating areas were adorned with beautiful tropical accents, creating a delightful atmosphere that made me feel right at home. As a senior woman, I appreciated how easily accessible everything was. The hotel had ramps and elevators, making it convenient for me to move around without any hassle.
I would have appreciated more assistance from the staff in terms of providing information about local attractions suitable for senior people.
